Azienda Agricola e Agriturismo I Tre Casali

The farm “I Tre Casali” lies in the so-called “Triangolo del Tufo”(Tufa Triangle), which is an area delimited by the ancient villages of Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano, distinguished by an extraordinary number of archeological sites covering five thousand years of human history: Neolithic evidences, mysterious “Vie Cave” (narrow paths dug into Tufa rocks), Etruscan necropolis, rock settlings, dead medieval towns, fortresses, hermitages…These extraordinary treasures are protected by a wild nature which characterizes the landscape of this part of Maremma laying on the slopes of Monte Amiata, delimited also by Bolsena Lake,Selva del Lamone ( Lamone Forest) and river Fiora valley.

Laying just in the very middle of this archeological and charming area, our farm can be a real starting point for all those who wish to explore the territory, both for its lucky position permitting visits and walks directly from the farm, both for the documents (books, maps and other multimedia information ) that we are collecting in a special reading room having the purpose to prepare excursions and visits to different sites and to go deep into the history of ancient peoples who lived in this area.

Soon will be active conventions with other company.
